Designing Handloom
Designing Handloom gave Tara the opportunity to not only create the color combinations, but also help develop the base cloth and texture of the fabric itself. After testing multiple weaves and fabric weights, she fell in love with this slightly textured woven that feels soft, rich, and beautifully dimensional.
Tara focused on pairing very different fiber colors together to create unexpected, vibrant combinations full of depth and movement. Overall, she reviewed around 200 woven strike-off samples before narrowing the collection down to its final palette.
