Please ensure you download on a desktop, or know where your downloaded files live on your smart phone or tablet.

Please double check your spam folder, as the email with the link may end up there.

You can also try logging into your account to find your downloadable files.

NOTE: If you use a phone or tablet to download, it goes into a download folder on the device, and honestly is hard to find!

There is a limit to the number of times you can download a file (5 times).

If you’ve hit that limit, you may see a ‘forbidden’ error message. Please email me for assistance.

As all pattern and workshop content is available immediately upon purchase, I can not offer a refund. View my refund policy here.

However, if you have accidentally bought a pattern or class twice, please contact me and I can issue you a refund!
