Hi, I’m Tara — and I’m so glad you’re here!
I’ve spent the past 20+ years stitching my way through color palettes, quilt blocks, and creative experiments that don’t always go according to plan—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Quilting, for me, is more than just a craft. It’s a way of slowing down, playing with color, solving little puzzles, and finding joy in the process (even when I’m seam-ripping!).
My background is in textile design, but my creative soul belongs to quilting—especially when I get to share that love with other curious, creative minds like yours.
Whether you’ve been quilting for decades or you’re just starting to piece things together (literally), you are welcome here!
Through my patterns, video courses, and the Block Studies Collective membership, my goal is to give you more than just instructions—I want to offer inspiration, encouragement, and the kind of down-to-earth guidance you’d get if we were sewing side by side. (With snacks and fabric scraps flying everywhere.)
