Block Studies Collective Mastermind Groups

Looking for deeper connection and support during Block Studies? This season we’re offering Mastermind Groups — small, member-led circles of 6–7 quilters who meet regularly to share ideas, give feedback, and cheer each other on.

What’s included:

• Placement into a small group (based on time zone and availability)
• One kickoff Zoom with Tara to walk through how masterminds work and how to get the most out of your sessions
• Ongoing coordination support as needed

What to expect:

• Groups are member-led once they’re set up
• Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes and happen at a frequency your group agrees on
• At least one person per group must be willing to host the first meeting (without hosts, groups cannot launch)
• Meetings will take place via Zoom or Google Meet, depending on group preference
  
• You must have the time and desire to be an active participant! Missing meeting repeatedly affects the whole group.

Important details:

• This fee is an administrative cost that allows us to review survey responses, coordinate group assignments, and provide setup support.
• Tara will host the initial kickoff call but will not be a participant in the ongoing mastermind sessions.
• By joining, you agree to bring kindness, courtesy, and respect to every session. Masterminds only work when everyone feels safe, supported, and heard. In rare cases of repeated issues, we may need to step in to protect the group experience.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Mastermind Survey. Filling out this survey is essential — it’s how we match you with the right group. After surveys are collected, you’ll receive your group assignment and details for the kickoff Zoom.
